Even if you are not a bodybuilder, you can still enjoy a full of protein smoothie. Recently some studies show that protein is a building block to remain healthy and fit. Protein has also great benefits for skin, hair, bones, and heart.
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or strawberries
- 1/2-1 cup milk
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put it in a blender and blend until smooth. You can add more milk for consistency.
